Employee Focused Culture
Often, companies don't realize that their most important resource is their employees. At Fox Oilfield, we don't have this problem. Which is why we provide them with the tools and training to effectively and enjoyably do their job, on and off the job site. For example, we recently had a financial advisor provide a financial planning seminar to all employees and their spouses. Employees were then provided with the opportunity to follow up with our financial advisor for one on one meeting to focus on specific goals. The owners are heavily involved in operations and will be the ones in constant communication as we determine the proper logistical solution for you.
